Warranty Limitations:
Warranty repair liability shall in no case exceed a value greater than the original invoice amount, nor order warranty repair service be extended to anyone other than the original purchaser of the film. This warranty does not apply to glass breakage or seal failure conditions or damage due to improper care. Installing warranty replacement film will not renew or extend the original warranty coverage time periods. With the exception of any warranties implied by state law as hereby limited, this warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, agreements and similar obligations of Flexfilm, with respect to the repair and/or replacement of the film. Obtaining replacement window film as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy under this warranty. In no event shall Flexfilm be liable in either tort or contract for any loss or damages whether direct, special, consequential or incidental arising out of the use of, or inability to use Flexfilm products. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, on these products is expressly limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the installation company or company is authorized to change, modify or extend the terms of this warranty or to create or assume for Flexfilm any other obligation of liability. This warranty gives you specific legal rights which may vary from state to state. Films designed for exterior applications must be edge sealed along with any seams using Dow Corning 795.794,790. Warranty will not be honored unless the film has been properly sealed.

Film Care
Avoid cleaning your new window film for at least 30 days. Visual changes after installation are a normal part of the adhesive bonding process. When the haziness/milky look and water pockets have disappeared, the film is considered dry or “cured” and is safe to clean. Depending on the product and temperature, it may take up to 60 days for the film to fully cure. You may clean the inside surface with any normal household strength glass cleaner and a soft lint-free cloth.
DO NOT USE abrasive cleaners, industrial strength glass cleaners or other window cleaning tools that may scratch the window film. For best results, avoid cleaning in direct sunlight.
Curing Period
After installation, you may notice a hazy/milky appearance when you look through the film. Water pockets may also develop as the film cures. This is to be expected and is caused by the barrier nature of the film. Complete dry-out should occur within 30-60 days depending on the amount of remaining installation solution, sunlight, humidity and heat directed upon the window.
DO NOT clean the film for at least 30 days or until it has completely dried out or cured.
